Nord 78 follows the proportions of Nordic catalogue homes: a simple gable volume, deep window reveals and a practical two-bedroom layout on one level. The timber-frame kit is panelized for fast, weather-tight assembly.

It is the model we recommend to most first-time buyers: enough space for a couple or a small family, simple structure, predictable logistics — the whole house ships in two containers.
