Contract & deposit

Factory production
Your house is manufactured against the frozen specification. You receive photo and video reports at defined checkpoints — framing, insulation, windows, packing.

Pre-shipment inspection & packing
Before anything is packed, the kit is checked against the bill of materials. Components are labelled, moisture-protected and stowed with a container loading plan.

Sea freight

Customs clearance
A licensed customs broker files the import declaration. Duty (2.7% for prefabricated buildings) and VAT are paid on the documented customs value — every figure was already in your estimate.

Road delivery & unloading
Trucks bring the containers to your site on an agreed date. A crane or telehandler unloads panels onto prepared ground per the storage plan.

Assembly

Assembly
Three ways to build — pick your level of involvement.
Self-assembly
For simpler single-storey models. Your team of 3–4, our labelled components, stamped drawings, step-by-step manual, video guides and remote support. Typical tools: standard power tools plus a telehandler or small crane for roof elements.
Best for hands-on builders with local help.
Supervised assembly
Our site supervisor leads your local workers through the critical stages — base plate, structure, weather-tightness — and signs off each quality checkpoint. You keep local labour costs; we keep responsibility for correctness.
The recommended balance of cost and certainty.
Professional crew
A trained crew assembles the house to weather-tight or turnkey stage — schedule, quality checkpoints and handover protocol included. Available in selected countries; elsewhere via vetted local partners after review.
Best if you want one accountable party.
