Designed as a system

Loft 45 is our entry point: a complete one-bedroom house engineered as a compact light-steel kit that ships in a single container. It is designed for guest houses, rental units, offices in the garden and first homes on small plots.

Despite the footprint, the interior uses a full-height living space, a real bedroom with a window wall, and a bathroom dimensioned to European norms — not a shrunken cabin.
