The house
Designed as a system
Terra 140 pairs a familiar gable silhouette with a hybrid structure: CLT (cross-laminated timber) load-bearing elements with a timber-frame envelope. The result is a solid, quiet house with the predictability of factory manufacturing.
Four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and a proper utility room make it the long-term family home in the range.
